Return, Exchange & Product Warranty Policy

1. Retail Purchases

Change-of-Mind Returns and Exchanges

Eligible retail items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pool and hot tub chemicals
• Sale and clearance items
• Special-order and custom products

Defective or Failed Products

Products that are defective or fail to function as intended will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a refund, exchange, repair or warranty claim.

Defective products are assessed separately from change-of-mind returns. The 30-day return period and the exclusions listed above do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Major Equipment

Major equipment, including pumps, heaters, robotic cleaners and similar products, is not eligible for return or exchange for change-of-mind reasons.

AquaTech handles warranty claims on behalf of customers for major equipment. Defective or failed equipment will be assessed to determine the appropriate next steps under the applicable warranty and consumer protection laws.

2. Products Supplied as Part of a Service

Products and materials supplied as part of an AquaTech service, repair or installation are treated separately from regular retail purchases.

Requests involving these products will be assessed based on the product, the circumstances of the sale, and any applicable warranty.
